The young couple values entertaining, so the home includes formal reception areas, a generous dining room, and an entire entertainment level featuring all functions necessary for hosting in style. The lady of the house prioritizes wellness, so the design integrates a fully equipped gym, sauna, and steam room, spaces that promote health and rejuvenation. The layout ensures complete privacy, with service circulation and staff areas discreetly separated from family zones. A concealed entrance allows the family to enter the home away from guest or street views, maintaining a sense of security and exclusivity. The villa spans four levels, designed to flow naturally and cohesively.
