Inside the walled compound, curated landscapes, water corridors, and shaded outdoor rooms choreograph movement from land to sea. Materiality is purposeful: textured stone, warm timber lattices, and expansive glazing create continuity between interior comfort and the natural beachfront environment. The jetty and overwater pavilion extend the residence toward the horizon, reinforcing the project’s relationship with the waterfront and its calm, linear geometry.
